Kim Engelbrecht

Leighton Meester (born Leighton Meester) is an American model and singer. She is popularly known for her performance as the character "Blair Waldorf from the television drama"Gossip girl.' Leighton Meester began her career in the field when she was a child. She started acting in the early years of her childhood performing in local productions from "Wizard of Oz." The attraction to the field grew. She began working by modeling and appearing in commercials. As part of her modeling assignments, she has been associated with major brands including 'Herbal Essentials as well as Vera Wang and 'Jimmy Choo and Ralph Lauren. While she began working as a model, she later began acting too. Her acting debut came with appearing in a role on the television show 'Law & Order'. She has since appeared in several movies and television series which include 'CountryStrong', 'Monte Carlo' and Killer Movie. In addition to acting, Meester also collaborated with notable artists including 'Cobra Starship'' musician Robin Thicke, and recorded songs.
